jeff hatfield and i went up to santa ynez peak last night to watch the launch from vandenberg afb.
the launch was amazing, one second we were wondering where the base was and if we'd even see
anything and the next, the entire valley was lit up by a fireball of light - very dramatic!
i did not have much luck on the photo side of things. next time :)
